Dear potential customers,

Here is a short profile detailing who I am, what I do and what is important to me as a service provider to the public.

My name is Jack King and I am 51 years old, I have worked in the construction industry in one field or another since leaving school. My father was a painter and decorator with his own business and I started working with him at weekend and school holidays from a very young age, learning the trade inside and out. After leaving school I trained as a carpenter, and started my first business in London in my twenties.
I have been fortunate enough to learn many different trades in my time as a building company owner, and I have mastered just about every aspect of building in the past thirty years.
I primarily work alone, but have a network of other trades if I feel the need to call on them, and I always sub contract any electrical works to a fully qualified electrician that I use on all my projects.

My business philosophy is very simple;

- Provide my clients with excellent quality work for a fair price and they will always recommend me and use my services again. Providing value for money is always my highest priority.

By being able to complete the vast majority of works on a project myself, cuts down on waiting times between contractors and saves both time and money for my clients.

The other very important thing to offer your clients is Trust.

I have worked in hundreds of peoples homes over the years and have always been worthy of the trust that my clients have placed in me. I am very aware of respecting peoples homes and their security when leaving the property.

The type of works that I carry out are listed below:

- All types of painting and decorating works (internal and external)
- Both heavy and light carpentry work
- All types of wall and floor tiling ( have one part of the wet-room certificate, one part still to do)
- All types of plumbing works
- Roofing works
- Replacement windows and doors
- Extensions and conversion works
- Ground works, concreting and bricklaying including paving
- Fixed price contract works if required
